Our Risk and Business Improvement team is growing, and we're looking for a Junior Process Analyst to join us. This role will focus on process improvement projects across the firm, involving delivery on innovation and change. You'll work within the Risk and Business Improvement team in Sydney under the guidance of Senior Business Analysts and Directors.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with project progress monitoring, documentation, and reporting
  • Facilitating communication between project teams and stakeholders
  • Managing individual projects as required
  • Researching and evaluating solutions
  • Building relationships within the business and identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Collaborating with project stakeholders to effectively document business processes
  • Identifying opportunities to optimize workflow using AI and other automation
  • Understanding business needs and challenges
  • Contributing to test plan development and performing test execution when needed

The ideal candidate must have experience in project coordination, project management, planning, organizing, structuring work, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. They should also be able to problem-solve, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a results-driven environment. A strong literacy in Microsoft suite products is necessary.

This diverse role presents an opportunity to develop and grow your career in business analysis and project management. The salary range for this position is approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per year based on location and experience.
