About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator Lead to join our team at Duratec Australia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

With a strong background in project management and administration, you will provide support to project managers and teams, ensuring seamless project delivery and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist project managers in planning, coordination, and execution of projects
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including project progress, financials, and risk management
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction or engineering industry
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
