Project Coordinator for Healthcare Improvement

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Officer to join our team at Ignite, a leading organisation in healthcare safety and quality. The successful candidate will work on various programs supporting a Director on a range of activities.
Key Responsibilities- Collate and edit meeting papers, submissions, briefing notes, and consultation documents
- Provide secretariat support for committees and expert groups
- Coordinate project management activities and monitor projects
- Coordinate procurement, contracts, financial administration, and budget monitoring
- Analyse data, reports, and expert opinions to support project development
- Update written resources for internal and external audiences
- Engage with stakeholders and team members
In this role, you will work across procurement, project planning, contract management, budgeting, document preparation, and system support. You will also provide support for committees, working groups, meetings, and workshops.
Requirements- Previous experience working in a Project Officer role
- Previous experience supporting Program managers or Directors
- Must have experience in the Government sector or with working with Committees and a strong understanding of government processes
- Experience in secretariat support and project management, including the ability to manage and report on budgets
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-level documents, including briefing papers, reviews, submissions, correspondence, and meeting papers
The estimated salary for this role is around $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
