Project Coordinator for NSW Infrastructure Projects

We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support our NSW infrastructure projects team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project administration, including scheduling, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Manage purchasing processes, including purchase orders, invoices, and contract reviews.
- Assist in creating and distributing project documentation to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Support Planning Manager in tracking project planning, deliverables, and quality assurance outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project coordination, administration, or controlling.
- Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Familiarity with purchasing and accrual processes.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills.
