Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our Orana Battery project team near Wellington NSW. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a large-scale project with a capacity of 415MW, providing 4 hours of energy storage.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing project expenses
  • Maintaining various registers and databases
  • Coordinating travel, meetings, and events
  • Providing general administrative support to the project team
  • Document control and managing records
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Experience working in a similar role, preferably in a project engineering firm or construction industry
  • Be based locally near the project location
  • A certificate in business administration or related field
  • An understanding of business operations and best practices
  • Advanced user skills in Microsoft Office suite
  • Logical, organised, and practical approach to work
  • Exceptional time management and prioritisation skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to liaise with clients, office staff, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • A strong desire to improve and develop
