Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage All Rounder to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests across various F&B outlets and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide EPIC service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain a clean and comfortable environment, adhering to COVID protocols.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and provide guests with discounts and promotions.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and juices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver memorable dining experiences and create a sense of belonging for our guests.
  • Ensure loyalty guests are recognized and receive their benefits.
  • Deliver room service, amenities, and pool bar orders as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in café, bar, banquets, and a la carte service.
  • Experience with Micros or similar POS cashiering systems and credit card processing.
  • A willingness to learn and strong interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for connecting with guests and making them feel special.
  • Sound wine and cocktail knowledge with a creative flair to accommodate requests.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, helping colleagues and working autonomously.
  • Hold a current QLD RSA certificate.
  • Be reliable and flexible in your availability to work a variety of shifts, including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Must hold current work rights for Australia.
