About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at the Citrique Seafood Restaurant. As a key member of our F&B team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests
  • Expertly manage food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist guests with menu recommendations and dietary requirements
  • Maintain a clean and organized service area, adhering to high standards of hygiene and food handling
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel environment
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (RSA)
  • Positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
