About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at the Citrique Seafood Restaurant. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure efficient and friendly service is provided to all guests
  • Warmly welcome and serve our guests
  • Be an expert on the hotel, know it inside and out to ensure our guests receive a dynamic service experience
  • Meet and connect with our guests and give them an experience beyond their expectations
  • Assist all guests with menu, dietary requirements and recommendations
  • Ensure accuracy with requests, orders and service delivery
  • Use of POS system
  • Ensure all service areas are immaculate
  • Maintain standards of hygiene and food handling
  • Promote safety and support WHS practices
Requirements
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service, ideally in a hotel environment
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (RSA)
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Barista and bar skills advantageous
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
