About the Position

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Service Professional to join our team at the Citrique Seafood Restaurant. As a key member of our F&B team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient and friendly service to all guests
  • Warmly welcome and serve guests in a professional manner
  • Be knowledgeable about the hotel and its services to ensure guests receive a dynamic experience
  • Meet and connect with guests to exceed their expectations
  • Assist guests with menu requests, dietary requirements, and recommendations
  • Ensure accuracy with requests, orders, and service delivery
  • Operate the POS system
  • Ensure all service areas are immaculate
  • Maintain standards of hygiene and food handling
  • Promote safety and support WHS practices

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel environment
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (RSA)
  • A positive and can-do attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Barista and bar skills are an advantage
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
