About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at the Citrique Seafood Restaurant at JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Be knowledgeable about the hotel and its amenities, providing expert recommendations to guests.
  • Assist guests with menu selection, dietary requirements, and recommendations.
  • Ensure accuracy with requests, orders, and service delivery.
  • Use of POS system to efficiently manage orders and payments.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and food handling.
  • Promote safety and support WHS practices.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (RSA).
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Barista and bar skills advantageous.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
