About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa. As an In Room Dining Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Set tables according to the type of event and service standards.
  • Answer questions on menu selections and communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions and product availability.
  • Record transactions in the MICROS system and process payments.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of work areas and ensure a positive guest experience.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
