Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
  • Sales Leadership: Provide guidance and support to sales team members, identify and explore additional sales opportunities with existing clients, and develop sales and operational strategies for key clients.
  • Client Management: Operate as the escalation point for key accounts, coordinate the implementation of new client accounts, and build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain effective working relations with vendors.
Requirements
  • Education: High School or better.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a similar position is desired.
