We are seeking a Commercial Partnerships Manager to join our team at the Australian Grand Prix Corporation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial partners, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the event lifecycle, including relationship retention and account growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing contractual deliverables including partnership activations, digital content, promotion/marketing campaigns branding, media, hospitality, experiences and signage.
- Working with the hospitality team to coordinate the planning and delivery of hospitality entitlements and experiences, ensuring they are executed to a premium standard.
- Managing and leading post-event debriefs with partners, including preparation of performance summaries, insights, and recommendations for future opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in account management and partnership servicing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and deliver on contractual obligations.
- Demonstrated experience working with local and global partners is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiation and partner retention.
- Proficiency with CRM and account management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a live-event environment.
