Strategic Partnership Director

We are seeking a skilled and experienced director to lead our strategic partnership strategy in Australia, driving revenue growth and increasing brand credibility.
- This role will play a key part in supporting the fundraising strategy and execution across each partnership, ensuring aligned efforts that contribute directly to income growth and long-term impact.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive revenue growth and increase brand credibility
- Leverage relationships with senior leaders and influencers to identify opportunities for collaboration and growth
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and community organizations
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, market analysis, and relationship-building
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and revenue
You should have 5+ years of experience working in the partnership space, delivering high-quality partnerships. You should also have previous experience of line/team management, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
