About the Role:

This role involves overseeing cleaning contractors to maintain TOMRA assets in the field. You will identify operational deficiencies and implement improvement strategies to promote customer satisfaction.

Maintaining strong relationships with site stakeholders and resolving operational issues are essential aspects of this position. Extensive travel throughout the region is required to oversee contractor performance and provide training and coaching support.

You will be responsible for benchmarking cleanliness, safety, and productivity levels across all sites, ensuring that these standards are consistently achieved. Driving performance through people and technology is key to creating agile solutions.

This full-time (5 days/week) position requires occasional weekend work. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills, as well as a focus on customer service and quality assurance.

  • Ensure kiosks are always clean and maintenance schedules are adhered to.
  • Analyse operational processes and best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to contractors and stakeholders.
  • Optimize network efficiency by ensuring contractors understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Audit contractor performance regularly and offer constructive feedback.
  • Compile site evaluation reports to inform strategies for improvement.
  • Support the management team in evaluating new contractors.
Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of supervision or quality assurance experience.
  • People management and development experience.
  • A strong focus on customer service and conflict management.
