Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Client Services Manager to join our team in Tweed Heads. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary package of $105k + fully maintained company vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of cleaning services.
  • Ensure compliance with risk management procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee site cleaning operations to achieve KPIs and performance targets.
  • Mentor and develop team members to drive internal growth and succession planning.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client concerns and operational challenges.
  • Prioritize continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our Business Management System.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in managing high-performing teams and delivering customer service excellence in cleaning or facilities management.
  • Current NSW driver's license, Working With Children clearance, and Police Check.
  • Strong leadership ability and capacity to build relationships at all levels.
  • Knowledge of best practices in service delivery, with a focus on cleaning services.
  • Competency in conducting risk assessments and incident investigations.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and service targets.
  • Solid understanding of Health and Safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
