Human Resources Business Partner

Pacific National is a leading company in the industry, and we are seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting our leaders and employees across various sites.
About the RoleThe Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for partnering with leaders to enable them to be successful, conducting investigations and providing recommendations to the business, and providing day-to-day HR Generalist advice. You will also contribute to business success through the development, implementation, and monitoring of policies and procedures based on relevant industrial agreements and/or legislation and HR management practices.
Responsibilities- Partner with leaders to drive business outcomes and support employee growth and development;
- Conduct investigations and provide recommendations to address business needs;
- Provide HR Generalist advice to support line managers with employment-related matters;
- Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices;
- Support complex industrial relations or strategic matters as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field;
- Relevant work experience in an industrial/blue-collar environment;
- A sound understanding of HR policy, employment law, and employee relations;
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills;
- A proactive and structured approach to work;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Pacific National offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will have access to a range of benefits, including:
