Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in HR Advisory roles, with a deep understanding of employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Key responsibilities include providing expert guidance to management and employees, developing and implementing HR policies, managing recruitment processes, and driving employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality HR advice and support to ensure seamless employee relations and effective performance management.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, including job advertising, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding for new hires.
  • Promote employee engagement strategies, support training and development programs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure adherence to relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate on HR projects, including system improvements and implementations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A proven track record in HR Advisory or similar roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employee relations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex recruitment and onboarding processes effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant employment legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in delivering HR training and development programs.
  • A high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • HR qualifications or equivalent experience preferred.
