**Job Title:** Human Resources Consultant
**Location:** Muswellbrook
**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
Job Description:
The successful candidate will provide HR advice and support to management and employees across various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR advice and support to management and employees
- Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Manage recruitment processes, including job advertising, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding for new hires
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, support training and development programs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Contribute to HR projects, including HR system improvements and implementations
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will require:
- Proven experience in a HR Advisor or similar HR role, with an understanding of HR best practices and employee relations
- Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment and onboarding processes effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Knowledge of relevant employment legislation and compliance requirements
- Experience in delivering HR training and development programs
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- HR qualifications or equivalent experience is preferred
