Job Opportunity

The Workday HCM Functional Architect is a senior professional who leads implementation teams and provides strategic guidance on functional area engagements.

As a billable functional leader, this individual works closely with Engagement Managers, Managers, and client resources to deliver robust and complete solutions that meet clients' needs.

Key responsibilities include providing functional leadership on multiple concurrent Workday implementations across all functional areas, overseeing functional area architect workshops and client confirmation sessions, and acting as a sounding board for team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Current Workday certification and expertise in at least two subspecialties.
  • Minimum 3-5 full lifecycle Workday implementations completed.
  • Led at least 2-3 Workday implementations on multiple HCM functional areas.
