Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Buying team as an Inventory Control Specialist at our Head Office in Lidcombe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise and manage domestic and international purchase orders.
  • Review inventory across all warehouses, depots, and e-commerce sites.
  • Plan and forecast sales plans and Open to Buys across multiple categories.
  • Update item and supplier records for changes such as price, descriptions, delivery specifications, and technical product information.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing promotions with Marketing and e-commerce teams.
  • Assist the Buyer and Assistant Buyer with various merchandise projects.
  • Collaborate with Suppliers, Depots, Warehouse, and e-commerce teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Supply Chain, Accounting/Finance, Communications, or International Business.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Approachable with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, with strong organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong evaluation and analytical skills.
