About Our Buying Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Buying Support Specialist to join our close-knit buying team. Reporting directly to the Beauty Buyer, this role provides administrative support throughout the full lifecycle of Buying.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Buyers
  • Assist with reporting, including data analysis, report compilation and weekly visual creation
  • Effectively manage and maintain product information within company systems
  • Liaise with suppliers for product setup and monthly campaigns
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to the buying and wider teams
  • Prepare range reviews, seasonal reviews and marketing materials under the direction of the Buyer
  • Attend seasonal campaigns and daily manage pricing
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure key trading initiatives are accurately reflected on our platforms
  • Manage and maintain all samples and Sample Room

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Buying Assistant is an advantage
  • Sound ability in Excel and the capacity to quickly adapt to new systems
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Experience meeting targets and working under tight deadlines
  • Self-motivation and the ability to manage workload and priorities effectively
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced dynamic environment
