Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Trading Director to lead our team of specialists in delivering successful campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media buying and data-driven decisioning, with the ability to troubleshoot complex campaigns and present insights to clients.

About the Role:
  • Manage a team of Trading Specialists and Senior Trading Specialists
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop growth strategies that meet client objectives
  • Lead the creation of RTB buying strategies, optimization algorithms, and data visualization
  • Become a subject matter expert on best practices for our platform and provide insights on campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with Product Management and other cross-functional teams to enhance the platform
  • Help build our trading best practices, including training collateral and internal resources
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data analysis and client feedback to create optimization strategies
  • Present solutions for complex campaigns to meet client objectives
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and goals
  • Contribute to the development of our Client Services practice, including training material and internal resources
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of media buying and data-driven decisioning
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex campaigns and present insights to clients
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop growth strategies
