Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Buying Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the buying process, ensuring product accuracy and coordinating cross-functional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare documentation and manage data entry in support of the buying process.
  • Maintain key buying inputs including brand critical path, range plans, buy sheets and trackers.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely communication and product knowledge.
  • Manage product information, samples and visual assets for use in marketing, ecommerce and retail teams.
  • Assist in the creation of sales and marketing tools such as lookbooks, VM guides and trend analysis.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a retail administration or buying role.
  • Exposure to merchandising, buying or planning functions advantageous.
  • Experience working with 3rd party suppliers.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
