Dementia Education Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Facilitator at Dementia Australia.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a passionate team committed to making a difference in the lives of people living with dementia and their families.
As a Facilitator, you will play a vital role in delivering education and support services to individuals and organisations.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver structured professional education sessions to individuals and organisations
- Assist in strengthening relationships with organisations through the delivery process
- Develop and implement education services to meet the needs of diverse audiences
- Utilise a continuous improvement approach to all tasks and initiatives

To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate field, including but not limited to, allied health, nursing, or adult education
- Experience in delivering education and support services to individuals and organisations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
