About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position based in North Ryde, Sydney. As a key member of the Donor Engagement Team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional donor engagement and administration support, including prompt and efficient handling of incoming enquiries and managing fundraising bulk email inboxes.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date supporter details in the CRM, ensuring seamless data entry and management.
  • Enhancing supporter experience through personalized communications, including creating and sending letters to acknowledge donations, feedback about campaigns, and conducting thank you calls.
  • Handling outgoing calls to gather donors' payment information or update contact details.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Previous experience in an administrative or coordination position.
  2. Strong customer service skills, with experience in telephone and email communication.
  3. Well-developed oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Experience with Microsoft suite and CRM-based systems.
  5. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a high-performance environment.
