Dementia Australia is seeking a highly skilled Fundraising Campaigns Coordinator to join our team. In this full-time permanent position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and donor care, managing inbound and outbound communications through various channels.

This role requires collaboration with the Campaigns Specialist to create dynamic content for social media and implement it across different platforms. You will also assist in implementing national acquisition and stewardship activities within agreed timetables, interpreting data to provide insights for future campaign growth.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in fundraising and minimum 1-2 years' experience in customer service and/or customer support roles. They will embody strong moral principles, hold themselves and others to high standards of accountability, and contribute daily to upholding Dementia Australia's values.
