Dementia Australia is seeking a skilled Fundraising Campaigns Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and donor care.

About the Role:

  • Manage inbound and outbound communications through phone, SMS, social media, and event registrations to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Campaigns Specialist to create dynamic content for social media and implement it across various channels.
  • Assist in implementing national acquisition and stewardship activities within agreed budget and timetables, interpreting data to provide insights for future campaign growth.
  • Develop innovative strategies for recruiting and engaging new fundraising supporters and donors.
  • Foster positive relationships internally and externally.

About You:

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:

  1. Tertiary qualifications in Fundraising or a related field.
  2. Minimum 1-2 years' experience in customer service and/or customer support role.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. A commitment to embracing individual and cultural differences.
  5. A strong moral compass and ability to uphold high standards of accountability.
  6. Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $60,000 - $80,000 AUD, depending on experience.
