Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Services Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing patient-centric cleaning duties, food & beverage services, and patient support.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a passion for attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Requirements:
  • Health Services Assistant Certificate III or equivalent, or working towards completing
  • Current Food Handling Certificate
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to show initiative and work within a team environment
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to understand Patients' diet codes
