**About the Patient Experience Team**

The Patient Experience Team work with the organisation to support initiatives and projects related to improving patient experience. The team supports improvement in the quality and consistency of our consumers' experiences of care through the availability and analysis of timely, high quality consumer reported experience data and use their knowledge and skills to advise and coach stakeholders undertaking improvement initiatives.

**About the Role**

The Patient Experience Coordinator provides advice and expertise to support key activities and initiatives that focus on improving experiences of care. Through engagement and collaboration, they seek out innovation, improvement and efficiencies in patient experience and consumer partnerships.
