About the role:

  • Drive industry leading platform and compliance support to help our brokers save time, diversify their business and stay safe. Ensure ratio 1: AHs.
  • Identify opportunities to enable broker success through LMG product and service offerings, such as Asset Finance, Commercial, white label, and post-settlement services.
  • Complete Annual Business Snapshot with all AHs in your portfolio.
  • Drive the highest compliance scores for flat fee brokers in the industry.
  • Drive the fastest time to application relative to flat fee competitors.
  • Ensure Members are in the highest quartile for quality submissions from top six lenders.
  • Drive broker engagement via online and face-to-face training on technology, compliance, product knowledge, basic marketing, and relationship/back book management.
  • Understand, educate, and promote all options and services available under the LMG range of business and service models.
  • Recruit new Agreement Holders into the flat fee (or any other LMG model).
  • Drive and attend events and actively participate in Professional Development, sales, and industry events.
