Sales and Operations Representative

CJD Equipment is seeking an experienced Sales and Operations Representative to join our successful sales team based in Guildford, WA. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales strategies and achieving ambitious targets. A passion for construction equipment and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service will ensure a high-quality experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and territory plans, maximizing face-to-face interactions with customers and potential clients.
  • Achieve sales targets by reviewing market conditions and market shares, reforecasting as required.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, internal stakeholders, and industry representatives.
  • Oversee the delivery, familiarisation, and handover of new construction equipment to customers.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance product understanding and promotion.

About You:

  • Proven experience in selling and a practical working knowledge of construction equipment.
  • Deep understanding of the WA market and the ability to adapt to its evolving landscape.
  • A high level of drive, energy, and autonomy, with a can-do attitude dedicated to delivering excellence.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop long-term relationships based on honesty and integrity.
  • A current driver's license and the ability to travel regularly.
