We are seeking an experienced Construction Equipment Sales Expert to join our Sydney Branch team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize face-to-face interactions with customers and potential clients in the NSW territory.
- Achieve sales targets by reviewing market conditions, reforecasting as required, and adapting to the evolving landscape of the NSW construction equipment market.
- Build strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, internal stakeholders, and industry representatives in the region.
- Oversee the delivery, familiarisation, and handover of new construction equipment to excited new owners in NSW.
- Mentor and coach team members and sales cadets to enhance product understanding and promotion in the NSW market.
- Proven experience in selling construction equipment and a practical working knowledge of the NSW market.
- Deep understanding of the NSW construction equipment market and its trends.
- High level of drive, energy, and autonomy, with a can-do attitude dedicated to delivering excellence in customer service.
- Exceptional negotiation skills, capable of striking beneficial deals for both customers and the business.
- Demonstrated ability to develop long-term relationships based on honesty and integrity.
CJD Equipment is a leading supplier of construction equipment and trucks in Australia. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality solutions and assisting them in their transition to net-zero emission in a sustainable way.
This role offers a base salary plus attractive commission structure, company vehicle, and opportunities for career growth and advancement. Estimated annual salary: $120,000 - $180,000 depending on experience.
