About This Role

This is a challenging opportunity to manage relationships with key clients and drive business growth through strategic partnerships. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans to expand Miro's presence within assigned accounts.

  • You will own the end-to-end relationship with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their business challenges and objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify opportunities for expansion and new business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across your accounts, providing value through expert advice and guidance.
About You
  • You have 8+ years of experience in a quota-carrying Account Management or Account Executive role within SaaS, managing large enterprise accounts.
  • You have a proven track record of consistently exceeding targets through new business acquisition and account expansion/growth.
  • You have excellent communication skills, able to effectively build relationships and communicate value with diverse stakeholders.
