Job Title: Agricultural Partnership Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Agricultural Partnership Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in transforming agricultural partnerships through strategic planning, relationship building, and training programs.

  • This specialist will be responsible for developing tailored success plans to drive growth and adoption of our farm management platform.
  • They will establish strong relationships with practice managers and key stakeholders to unlock the full potential of our platform.
  • Agricultural Partnership Specialists will design and deliver onboarding and training programs to maximize partner competency and ensure seamless integration with our platform.
  • They will monitor partner health and identify opportunities for expansion, collaborating closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to achieve this goal.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners
  • Create and deliver training programs to enhance partner skills
  • Monitor partner performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Agri-business, or Agri-science
  • At least 2 years of experience in agri-business or agri-finance
  • Hands-on experience in the agricultural sector
  • Familiarity with SaaS/cloud software, particularly supporting agri-finances
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record in client relationship management
