Business Transformation Specialist

As a key member of our sales team, you will drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities and cultivating relationships with decision-makers.

You will hold a crucial role in expanding our client base and increasing the range of services delivered. Your strong networks and connections within State Government, Enterprise, and Private Sector will be invaluable in driving business success.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to lead our NSW business to new heights of growth and customer success. As a senior sales executive, you will act as a conductor for our Sydney and NSW sales territory, understanding agencies and stakeholders, key initiatives, and buying drivers.

In this role, you will develop and execute sales strategies and plans, build and maintain relationships with clients, procurement teams, technology partners/vendors, and the IT ecosystem. You will articulate the value proposition of our solutions to address State Government, Enterprise, and Private Sector needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies and plans to expand our client base and increase the range of services delivered.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, procurement teams, technology partners/vendors, and the IT ecosystem.
  • Articulating the value proposition of our solutions to address State Government, Enterprise, and Private Sector needs.
  • Using proactive demand generation strategies to uncover and prosecute new leads.
  • Nurturing and cultivating your accounts to maintain strong relationships and develop broader sales activities.
  • Collaborating with our leadership team to lead and create customised proposals, presentations, and responses.
  • Leading negotiation processes to achieve a mutually satisfactory outcome.
  • Accurately forecasting your sales activities and revenue.
  • Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and opportunity attributes.
  • Staying informed about state government, enterprise, and private sector technology trends.
