About the Role

As a key member of our Enterprise Team, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of Enterprise customers to ensure maximum value from our services.
  • Becoming a product expert and utilizing this knowledge to effectively guide customers towards their desired outcomes.
  • Ensuring product adoption by onboarding new customers and teams, working closely with the Onboarding Consultants team.
  • Identifying, tracking, and improving the health status of each customer.
  • Providing high-touch engagements to ensure customers get maximum value from Miro.
  • Developing best practices for customer growth and renewal to ensure ongoing customer success.
  • Collaborating with sales colleagues to create account plans and deliver quarterly business reviews.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years experience in Customer Success or other B2B customer-facing roles, working with Enterprise customers (5K employees or >250 users).
  • A consistent track record of handling portfolios of 30-50 Enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to recognize and maximize business value as well as internal opportunities.
  • Strategic prioritization skills to manage a book of business.
  • Proactive and collaborative mentality, excellent time management skills, and ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience or curiosity about the SaaS space.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent listening skills, customer-centric mentality, and empathy towards users and customers.
  • Quick learner, able to work effectively in a constantly evolving scale-up environment.
  • Willingsness and ability to travel abroad regularly.
