About the Role



At RACQ, we're seeking a skilled and compassionate Roadside Assistant Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members who have broken down on the roadside.




  • Key Responsibilities
  • Take inbound calls from members in their time of need, providing empathetic and professional support.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of member and vehicle details in our database.
  • Adhere to RACQ policies and procedures, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide members with information on entitlements, benefits, and other suitable options.
  • Work in a supportive and structured call centre environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve exceptional results.


About You




  • You have a strong background in customer service, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • You're proficient in technology, with the ability to quickly and accurately enter data.
  • You're resilient, goal-oriented, and enjoy working in a structured environment.
  • You're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and committed to ongoing learning and development.
