About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Roadside Service Technician to join our team in the Brisbane area. As a key member of our roadside assistance team, you will be responsible for providing mechanical advice and assistance to our members who have broken down at the roadside.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide mechanical advice and assistance to members at the roadside
  • Make member vehicles mobile at the roadside
  • Assist with the provision of mechanical advice and support to members
  • Promote member services and provide excellent customer service
About You
  • Trade qualified mechanic or auto-electrician/industry related qualifications
  • Current C Class Drivers Licence
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
