- Update member information in our database, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a high level of professionalism
- Provide members with information on their entitlements, benefits, and options
- Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional service

- You will have excellent customer service skills, with a strong ability to listen, problem-solve, and communicate effectively
