About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Patrol Officer to join our elite team of roadside assistance experts. As a Patrol Officer, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional roadside assistance to our members, ensuring they receive the support they need to stay safe on the road.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply mechanical and auto-electrician expertise to diagnose and resolve roadside issues efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our members
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve safety and service goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Trade qualified mechanic or auto-electrician/industry related qualifications
  • Current C Class Drivers Licence
  • Demonstrated customer service experience, with a focus on quality interactions
  • Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to work a rotating roster across a 7-day work week
  • Excellent driving history and ability to provide 5 year traffic history report
  • Ability to complete pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen and criminal record check
