We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Patrol Officer to join our elite team of roadside assistance professionals. As a Patrol Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional mechanical and auto-electrician expertise to our members, ensuring they receive the best possible service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Apply mechanical and auto-electrician expertise to provide roadside assistance to members
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with members and stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and implementation of safety and quality initiatives
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices
- Trade qualified mechanic or auto-electrician/industry related qualifications
- Current C Class Drivers Licence
- Demonstrated customer service experience with a focus on quality interactions
- Strong diagnostic skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Highly organised with ability to work autonomously
- Willingness to work a rotating roster across a 7-day work week
- Excellent driving history with ability to provide 5 year traffic history report
- Ability to complete pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen and criminal record check
