About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Patrol Officer to join our elite team of roadside assistance experts. As a Patrol Officer, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional roadside assistance to our members, ensuring they receive the help they need in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply mechanical expertise to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on quality interactions
  • Work autonomously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and objectives

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Strong safety focus in all aspects of work
  • Trade qualified mechanic or auto-electrician/industry related qualifications
  • Current C Class Drivers Licence
  • Demonstrated customer service experience, with a focus on quality interactions
  • Strong diagnostic skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
  • Highly organized with ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent driving history with ability to provide 5 year traffic history report
  • Ability to complete pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen and criminal record check
