About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our elite team of Patrol Officers. As a Patrol Officer, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional roadside assistance to our members, ensuring they receive the support they need in times of need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply mechanical and auto-electrician expertise to resolve roadside issues efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our members
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve safety and service goals

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Trade qualified mechanic or auto-electrician qualifications
  • Current C Class Drivers Licence
  • Demonstrated customer service experience, with a focus on quality interactions
  • Strong diagnostic skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent driving history, with the ability to provide a 5-year traffic history report
  • Ability to complete pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen and criminal record check
