Salary:

Around AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience, with opportunities for professional growth and development within the international Accor network.

Job Description:

">

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will assist the department to drive business growth, support the C&E Team and join a culture of guest-focused professionals. You will be responsible for:

  • ">
  • Securing new business and growing share from existing accounts.">
  • Collaborating with partners to drive conversion.">
  • Working with internal stakeholders to over-achieve on budgeted revenue.">
  • Implementing a personal sales call plan program with regular follow-up on effectiveness, changing and adapting where appropriate to respond to market business needs.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A Bachelor Degree in Business or similar.">
  • 3+ years of experience in a proactive sales role within a similar environment.">
  • Natural connection-making skills as you build and maintain strong client relationships.">
  • Proven success in a fast-paced Sales role.">
  • Demonstrated experience handling high volume and managing competing deadlines.">
  • A proactive approach to securing new business.">
  • Experience in the hospitality/hotel/travel industry is highly desirable.">
