Australian Sales Professional

At Suntory Beverage & Food, we are seeking an experienced Sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager. This role will be based in Australia and will focus on building relationships with key customers across the South Australian and Northern Territory regions.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a key role in establishing work processes and building collaborative relationships with your assigned customers to enable the delivery of the Suntory Oceania strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Build and nurture mutually beneficial partnerships with both South Australia and Northern Territory's Key On and Off Premise customers and groups
- Develop and execute best-in-class account plans, including Trading Terms, Joint Business plans, and promotional programs aligned to both the Customer and Suntory strategic priorities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across both South Australia and Northern Territory
- Nurture productive relationships with your state field sales team to drive excellent execution of plans at venue level
- Deliver best practice ROI reviews, including course correction initiatives to grow when required
- Take a leadership role with the State Sales Manager that transcends functional responsibility
- Champion On Premise capability within your State
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management within the FMCG industry, particularly in the liquor sector. They will have a natural flair for developing and maintaining effective relationships with customers, a strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, ability to prioritise, numeric and analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels.
