Agency Account Director

We have an exciting 12-month role available for an experienced Agency Account Director to join our high-achieving Adelaide Agency Sales team. This position represents all our audio channels nationally across broadcast, the iHeart network, and suite of podcasts to media agencies in the Adelaide market.

About the Role:
  • Represent ARN to advertising agencies and national advertisers, driving growth and revenue.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the media market, with a focus on ARN's business, brand, and products – the ARN Audiosphere.
  • Generate new business opportunities with clients within allocated agencies, capitalizing on emerging trends.
  • Attain sales budgets and provide accurate revenue forecasting, developing strategies to meet quarterly targets.
  • Deliver exceptional presentation standards, both written and verbal, showcasing expertise and enthusiasm.
  • Participate in sales, business, and training meetings and events, fostering strong relationships and staying informed.
About You:
  • A proven professional sales background as an Account Manager, with experience in media sales preferred.
  • A track record of achievement in performance or KPI-related activities, demonstrating impact and results.
  • An understanding of Adelaide's media landscape, including key agencies and players.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage with people at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • The capacity to work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team, driven by a shared sense of purpose.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
