Salary Package:

$75,000 - $80,000 per annum + Super + Paid Study

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly report preparation to meet business unit and corporate office requirements.
  • Daily processing and reconciliation of group cashbook.
  • Weekly uploading and verification of wages journals.
  • Weekly preparation of profit estimates for export/import.
  • Processing and raising purchase orders for national expenses.
  • Reconciliation of general ledger accounts, including payroll clearing accounts and export/import ledger accounts.
  • Month-end reconciliation of intercompany accounts.
  • Maintenance of the lease asset register.
  • Participation in monthly stocktakes, assisting in annual budget preparation, product maintenance setup, ad hoc reporting, queries, and special projects as needed.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree or its equivalent and have either completed or commenced studying for a CA/CPA qualification. They will possess a solid understanding of financial accounting and compliance issues and thrive in a collaborative team environment, displaying strong team-based values.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
