About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, including:

  • Managing a busy inbox and calendar on behalf of the Managing Director
  • Coordinating international and domestic travel arrangements
  • Preparing leadership meetings, including agendas and minutes
  • Managing expenses, invoices, and corporate credit card statements
  • Providing support for broader needs, including presentations and document creation
  • Assisting with team communications and project managing events

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably with at least 5 years of experience assisting senior-level executives
  • Excellent organizational skills, discretion, and ability to handle complex tasks efficiently
  • Experience working at C-suite level and managing conflicting priorities
  • Exceptional written skills to draft correspondence on behalf of your Executive
  • Solid administration and computer skills, particularly across MS Office and Google Suite
