Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and ambitious Executive Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in the executive team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness and productivity of this executive, as well as contribute to the overall success of our company.

You will be responsible for:

  • Becoming the gatekeeper to the CRO and building strong relationships with our SteerCo members (executive team) and Revenue Leadership team.
  • Developing strong communication skills, coordinating internal and external meetings, distributing agendas, materials and presentations, taking notes and following up actions.
  • Effective communicator enabling you to work autonomously in distributing agendas, materials and presentations, note taking and connecting the dots on behalf of your stakeholders.
  • Coordinator of extensive inter-state and international travel schedules, candidate interviews, expense management, and team events in Australia and overseas.
  • Managing our Sydney office and ensuring that our team members and the office environment have everything they need to run smoothly.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Executive Assistant roles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, delivering quality results on time.
  • The ability to push back when necessary, making decisions with confidence.
  • Ambition and a keen desire to learn, adapting quickly to new situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Great pragmatism and prioritization, comfortable with ambiguity and able to adjust to shifting deadlines and project goals.
  • The ability to wear many hats and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
